Design and development

The site and the Sceina application were designed, developed and are maintained by Claude Prince-Emmanuel Miakouikila Molongandzeyi, software developer, registered under APE code 6201Z (computer programming). No agency or third-party contractor was involved: the interface, the editor, the rendering pipeline and the MCP interface are his own work.

Intellectual property

The source code of the service is an original work whose author is Claude Prince-Emmanuel Miakouikila Molongandzeyi, and is protected as such under articles L.112-2 and L.113-9 of the French Intellectual Property Code. The Sceina name and logo, the interface, the texts and the templates published by Sceina are likewise protected and remain the property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Content you import or produce with the service remains yours. The rights and duties attached to it are set out in the terms.

Reporting illegal content

Sceina hosts content uploaded by its users. If you believe that content made available through the service is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to [email protected] describing the content, its location and the grounds for the report. We act on well-founded reports without undue delay.
